It is
our intention to maintain the health and well-being of your pet so that you can
spend many happy years together. To achieve that goal we will often recommend
preventive health measures such as updated vaccinations, heartworm prevention,
dietary management, and dental care. Remember....
Because we know how important your time is, we try to prevent excessive waiting by seeing our patients by appointment. Patients are seen in the following order: Emergencies Appointments Non-emergency unscheduled visits Please check for the earliest available appointment. We thank you for your understanding in case of an emergency. Many people take advantage of our convenient drop-off service. Simply bring in your pet on your way to work and pick it back up on your way home. If you want to drop-off an animal but are in a hurry, you should call ahead and let us know what services you desire for your pet. Of course, if you have an emergency, do not hesitate to bring your pet in immediately. Even so, please phone ahead so that we may prepare for your arrival. We will provide service as quickly as possible. In the event of an after-hours emergency, phone our regular number. Our answering service will contact Dr. Rigby. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can schedule another patient in need of service.
In an
effort to keep down cost, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash,
check, and debit cards, as well as VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
